Covered by a single piece of cloth, two strangers interact without the ability to communicate verbally or through gestures. Stripped of both language and gestures, they silently count to sixty twice, experiencing different facets of humanity.
Enveloped by the sheet, the space contains only the two individuals, isolating them from the verbal notion of "space." Each person's experience is profoundly unique—awkwardness, shyness, aversion—describing the sensation of observing someone at close quarters. How can language express the intimacy of two minutes of mutual gaze, relying solely on eye contact, feeling each other's breath, eyes, and skin?
In the modern era of electronic communication, characterized by mass production and explosion, the perspective from a screen versus that of seeing someone in person differs greatly. This perspective shifts within a space sculpted by a single piece of cloth, dimly lit by a single light bulb. Through careful observation, those two minutes of eye contact become profound.
